If you visit Aberdeen you cannot miss a walk in the Footdee district. Also known as Fittie, it is a small and old fishing village, located at the east end of the city, near the port and the mouth of the River Dee.

It is made up of small fishermen's houses decorated in a curious and interesting way. This one in the photo is probably one of the most eye-catching.
